Terms of Service
Effective date: April 7, 2026 Last updated: April 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mcpr Cloud at cloud.mcpr.app and related services operated by MCPR (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Section titled “The service”mcpr Cloud provides observability dashboards, managed tunnels, and development tools for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. The open-source mcpr proxy is licensed separately under Apache 2.0.
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”You agree not to:
- Use mcpr Cloud tunnels to proxy malicious, illegal, or abusive traffic.
- Attempt to access other users’ data, projects, or servers.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service infrastructure.
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Resell access to mcpr Cloud without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your data
Section titled “Your data”- You own your data. Event metadata, project configuration, and account data belong to you.
- We need a license to operate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
- We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
- You can delete your data. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
Service availability
Section titled “Service availability”- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.
- The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
- The open-source proxy operates independently of mcpr Cloud. Cloud unavailability does not affect proxy operation — the proxy falls back to local event output.
Tunnels
Section titled “Tunnels”- Tunnel subdomains are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to reclaim inactive subdomains after 90 days of inactivity.
- Tunnels must not be used to circumvent network security controls or proxy traffic for unauthorized purposes.
- We may terminate tunnel access immediately if we detect abusive traffic patterns.
Free and paid tiers
Section titled “Free and paid tiers”- Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and feature restrictions as described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual property
Section titled “Intellectual property”- mcpr (open source) is licensed under Apache 2.0. These Terms do not modify that license.
- mcpr Cloud (the service, dashboard, and cloud infrastructure) is proprietary.
- The mcpr name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may reference them to describe your use of the service, but not in a way that implies endorsement.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

- We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with notice when practical.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
